Inspire’s Food Safety team recently led a transformational initiative to standardize measurement and management of food safety performance across all brands. By aligning our approach to evaluating food safety, restaurant teams can better understand, recognize, and address potential opportunities within their operations while building the basis for continuous improvement and coaching. In the first year, this program delivered successful results, with better calibration across all brands, field teams, and third-party auditors to significantly enhance program efficiency.
